This is my first scrapture portrait. The woman in the scrapture is a model from one of the very magazines that I used as the medium which puts an ironic twist on the piece. (Yes, I'd like to find out who she is also) My motivation for this portrait was to put my scrapture skills to the test and to see if I could reproduce the likeness, emotion, and beauty from a photo while giving it depth through the medium.
